Constipation
is all depends upon intra-abdominal pressure. If intra-abdominal pressure is
maintained intra lumen pressure of bowel kept enough high to push the all fecal
matter intestine downward. Lower abdominal muscles keep the pressure enough
high. Once the food is ingested and it comes in a stomach career in that is
upper end of stomach get close and doesn't allow gastric content to
regurgitate. The digested food liberates some gases and muscles of intestine
which helps in peristalsis together pushes gastric and intestinal content to
downward.
If Abdominal muscles are loose, then there is much chance for
intestine to get dilate. And girth of fecal content increases, which is
very hard to move forward through intestine and narrow part of rectum and anal
canal.

1. Abdominal tight musculature gives intra-abdominal pressure
high.
2. During the exercise intestinal musculature also get
strengthening.
3. It helps in improving the condition of constipation.
4. Digestion get improved.
5. And does we can prevent the disease of constipation
