PILES
A pile is a collection of inflamed, swollen tissue and veins. Pile sizes vary and may be inside or outside the anus. Pile is caused by chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, severe lifting, pregnancy, or tension during defecation. Pile is graded on a scale from I to IV. For Grade III or IV surgery may be required.
Piles Treatment in Pune
1. Stapler surgery
Stapler surgery or stapler hemorrhoidectomy is a surgical procedure for treating piles and is the best treatment for grade III piles.
For a hemorrhoidal excision with a stapler, insert a circular hollow tube into the anal canal. Through this tube, the actual woven suture (long thread) is placed in the anal canal above the internal ridge. The end of the suture is pulled out of the anus through a hollow tube. Pass a disposable instrument with a round stapling device through the first hollow tube and pull the end of the suture.
2. Infrared coagulation
Infrared coagulation (also called coagulation therapy) is a medical procedure used to treat small and medium sized mountains. This process only applies to internal piles. During the procedure, the doctor uses a device that produces a strong infrared beam. The heat generated by infrared radiation causes scar tissue to block the blood supply to the scar. The pile dies and a scar is made on the wall of the anal canal. Scar tissue holds nearby veins in place and does not bulge into the anal canal.
Only one mountain can be processed at a time. Other mountains may be treated every 10-14 days. This medical procedure can be performed using other devices that also block the laser's blood supply, such as lasers and electrical current.
3. Laser treatment for piles
The laser clears high-precision piles not found in traditional surgical methods. Laser treatment of piles is less invasive. There is no need to cut the tissue. The affected area is easily and accurately treated with laser energy and the problem is resolved within minutes. The patient can resume normal life immediately after surgery.
This process can be completed in minutes and the patient can be discharged on the same day. No cuts, seams, scratches or bandages. There is slight pain or bleeding. They can eat a normal meal within 4 hours of the procedure and resume their daily work within 24-48 hours. There are no restrictions and no need to consult a doctor.
4. Kusara Sutra Treatment
Kusara Sutra Treatment is a safe and cost effective treatment for piles. For Kshara Sutra, a special sloping Ksharsutra of the stake is ligated to the base of the stake so that the mass of the stake contracts and delaminates in a week or 10 days. There is no bleeding or pain because no surgery is required.
