The hemorrhoids, also known as Piles, is caused by inflammation of the rectum and anal veins. Usually, piles are generated due to excessive strain during defecation. However, chronic constipation, pregnancy, anal sexual intercourse, aging, and diarrhea are different from other underlying disease states. Two sets of veins are involved in blood transport in the anorectal area. Piles can be external or internal, depending on the site of the vein affected. The external pile looks simple, while the internal pile is felt and visible only at an advanced stage. Symptoms of Piles include pain, anal itching, discomfort, and rectal bleeding.
Recently, various home remedies have become widespread in order to treat piles efficiently. People easily accept these natural/home treatments to relieve discomfort and get satisfaction from the piles. The following is a natural treatment for piles.
High-Fiber Diet
Dietary compromises and poor lifestyles are often observed to lead to chronic constipation or frequent diarrhea. Both of these conditions trigger or exacerbate the pile. Health professionals also recommend dietary management by consuming a high fiber diet and a healthy lifestyle, along with conventional treatments to prevent and treat piles. Adequate fluid intake, high fiber diet, and regular exercise are very effective in treating and preventing piles.
Dry Figs
Clean 3-4 figs with hot water and soak overnight. The next morning, eat figs and drink soaked water. Eating figs in the evening is also beneficial. This effective pile home remedy should be repeated for at least 3-4 weeks. Figs contain a small species that stimulate perikinetic movements in the intestine. This causes intestinal movement and thus keeps the digestive tract clean. It is one of the most effective home remedies for piles because it reduces the pressure at which the anal area and Hemorrhoids begin to contract. Therefore, constipation must be avoided to remove the Hemorrhoids.
Warm Bath or Sitz Bath
Sitz Bath is considered the best treatment for hemorrhoids. Soak the anus in normal warm water for 10 to 15 minutes, especially to minimize pain after bowel movements. Repeat this process 2-3 times a day for quick relaxation of the quick hemorrhoids. sitz bath sets are perfect for standard toilets. Sitz bath sets are lightweight, durable and easy to clean.
Ice-pack
Using ice packs on piles is an effective natural remedy. It can be used to relieve pain, itching, and swelling with piles throughout the rectum, so as not to feel pain. It strengthens the veins, is resilient and will eventually help get rid of the Hemorrhoids. You should apply an ice pack to the anus for at least 15 minutes on the affected area.
Apply Beetroot and Carrots Juice
You can extract juice by crushing beetroot and carrot. Soak a piece of thick cotton or a piece of large gauze in the juice and apply to the swollen veins. Beetroot can reduce high blood pressure and may help reduce swelling of hemorrhoids
Apply Aloe Vera
If there is external hemorrhoid, extract the gel from the Aloe Vera leaves, apply it to the affected area, and leave it for about 15 minutes. If you have internal hemorrhoids, remove the thorns of the leaves and cut them finely. Refrigerate in the freezer and insert into the anus to reduce inflammation. Do this treatment at least three times a day.
Drink More Water
We recommend a drink minimum of 8 to 10 glass of water per day. Adequate hydration keeps the bowel movements soft and properly hydrates and smoothes the organs
Drink Beetroot & Radish Juice
Drinking beetroot juice has been shown to reduce blood pressure by about 2% and may help reduce swelling. Drink a glass every week or eat a beet every day for a month to see if you notice any difference. Alternatively, radish juice is one of the best options not only to flush out toxins from the body but also to ensure that stool passes without pain or discomfort.
