Mulvyadh, also known as piles or Hemorrhoids, is a swollen blood vessel inside or around the anus or rectum. The haemorrhoidal vein is located at the bottom of the rectum and anus. Sometimes they are swollen and consequently stimulated by stretching, thinning and passing through the bowel movements of the vein walls. Often the cause is unknown, but Mulvyadh can occur for a variety of reasons. They may be due to increased pressure during defecation or pressure on these veins during pregnancy. Mulvyadh may be present in the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or may occur under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids).
Internal Hemorrhoids - The Internal hemorrhoids are well inside the rectum and cannot be seen or felt. There is usually no pain because the rectum has few nerves that feel pain. Bleeding may be the only sign.
External Hemorrhoids - The External hemorrhoids is in the anus and is often uncomfortable if the outer external nucleus escapes out and can be seen and felt. A blood clot may form in the provoked outer hemonucleus, causing a very painful condition called thrombosis. If the pain is unbearable, the thrombotic hemorrhoids can be removed by surgery and the pain can be stopped
Treatment on Mulvyadh
Piles Surgical Treatment: There are many surgeries available for the treatment of piles or Mulvyadh, but the most commonly used are Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty and Stapler Hemorrhoidopexy. Laser surgery for Piles is performed under general anesthesia with the help of vaporization of laser energy, which reduces the hemorrhoidal nuclear mass. The Stapler Hemorrhoidopexy uses an ope type circular stapler to return the ope nucleus to its normal position.
Piles Non-Surgical Treatments: There are many non-surgical treatments for piles. Creams or stool softeners are used to ensure smooth movement. Diet counseling is done to correct dietary imbalances. Painless treatments for treating the piles are also available, as is aloe vera gel. Ayuverdic treatments for piles are also helpful to cure piles
