Piles are also
called as hemorrhoids, are swollen and inflamed blood vessels in
individual anus. They are usually known as anal cushions. Extreme tension
during defecation causes the blood vessels to dilate as a result of causing
pile problems.
5 Major
Causes of Piles
1. Chronic
Constipation
When you become
constipated, you try hard. This causes the veins around the rectum and anus to
swell. These swollen veins are called Hemorrhoids or Piles.
It's like a varicose vein around the anus. They are on the outside, which means
they are under the skin around the anus, or inside, inside your anus or rectum.
2. Straining when Passing a Stool
Tension
increases abdominal pressure and causes soft tissue congestion. Therefore, you
are more likely to develop piles, prolepses or vaginal varices. Cases of
fainting or having a heart attack when nervous are well known. Please ask
Elvis.
We also know that
the entire intestine can irritate the bladder. Many cases of incontinence are
related to constipation. In my experience, I deal with the intestines first.
3. Chronic Diarrhea
Chronic diarrhea
is defined as a loose stool that lasts at least 4 weeks. This usually means 3 or
more loose flights per day. There are many possible causes of chronic diarrhea.
The purpose of treatment is to correct the cause of diarrhea (as much as
possible), solidify loose stools and deal with diarrheal complications.
Chronic diarrhea
can have a major impact on the quality of life and overall health. In the mildest
cases, diarrhea is inconvenient. In the worst case, it becomes invalid and can
even be life-threatening. Fortunately, effective treatments are available.
4. Pregnancy
Pregnancy and
vaginal delivery tends to cause women to develop more mountains and develops due
to pressure from the head to the veins of the growing baby. Constipation
associated with pregnancy can exacerbate mountain problems. In addition, the
pregnancy hormone progesterone dilates blood vessels and makes veins more
noticeable. It mainly affects young women, and it is estimated that nearly 25%
to 35% of pregnant women are affected by this condition during the third
trimester of pregnancy.
5. Lifting
Heavy Weights
Holding the
weight while holding it up and holding it may cause the veins near the anus to
swell and penetrate the anus, causing unpleasant hemonuclei. If you hold you
weight while lifting and exhaling, the air in your lungs will turn downward,
putting pressure on the internal organs and rectal veins.
Dr. AtulPatil Says:
Pile is very
common in the Indian population. A diet that is low in fiber, low water intake,
and spicy food are several factors. It seems to suffer from grade 2
Hemorrhoids. They are veins near the anal opening that are infected and spread
by friction through hard stools. The main treatments are local gels (Smuth) to
relieve pain, laxatives that soften stool, and Sitz bath. Surgical treatment is
curative and is usually reserved for patients who do not respond to grade 3 or
medical measures. Increase dietary fiber (carrots, almonds, green leafy
vegetables, oats, cabbage, cauliflower, etc., or Clematiet supplement three
times a day) to change your diet. Drink plenty of water. Appropriate toilet
practices (do not strain the at stool, go to the toilet on the first impulse,
etc.). It may completely eliminate the need for surgery. I hope this will ease
your pain a bit.
